- Heat 6 cups (1.5 l) of milk until steaming, then whisk in 1/2 cup (45 g) of unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth.
- Pour into a thermos or keep warm over very low heat.
- Set out bowls of whipped cream, mini marshmallows and grated chocolate, with a dish of individually wrapped Smiley sugars.
- Let each guest fill a mug and sweeten it with a smiley or two, checking that the cocoa is only warm for young children.
