Puff pastry rolled tight around ham and Emmental, sliced and baked into golden spirals to pass around with drinks: a thin layer of Domaine des Terres Rouges’ Honey & Balsamic Mustard, gently sweet with a rounded tang, runs through every swirl.

Makes 24 · 45 min

  1. Unroll 1 sheet of puff pastry and spread it thinly with 2 tbsp of the honey and balsamic mustard.
  2. Cover with 4 slices of ham and 3 1/2 oz (100 g) grated Emmental.
  3. Roll up tightly from a long side, then chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Slice into 24 rounds, place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 18 minutes, until puffed and golden.
  5. Serve warm with drinks.
