  1. Whisk 3 eggs with 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk, 1 tbsp sugar and the grated zest of 1 orange.
  2. Dip 8 thick slices of brioche into the mixture, letting them soak for a few seconds on each side.
  3. Cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden.
