Dammann Frères sizes each bag of its Bali Iced Tea N°315 for one liter of iced tea, filling it with green tea and jasmine green tea, adorned with flower petals and flavored with lychee, grapefruit, bush peach, and rose essential oil. Fresh, fruity, and floral notes meet in a delicately scented, thirst-quenching cup. Infuse one bag in 1 liter of hot water at 90°C for 4 minutes, let cool, and pour over ice into a pitcher; keep refrigerated and enjoy within 48 hours, perhaps alongside sushi or a light Asian-style dish.

Recipe idea

Lychee Grapefruit Iced Tea Punch

Serves 8 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Infuse 1 bag of Bali Iced Tea in 4 cups (1 liter) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 4 minutes, then remove it, let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In a punch bowl, combine the chilled tea with 1 cup (250 ml) of pink grapefruit juice and 1 can (about 20 oz / 565 g) of lychees with half of their syrup.
Just before serving, add 2 cups (500 ml) of sparkling water and plenty of ice.
Garnish with slices of pink grapefruit and a few fresh raspberries.
