Recipe idea
Chamomile Apple Compote
- Steep 2 tea bags of Organic Chamomile in 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then remove them, pressing gently.
- Peel and dice 4 apples and place them in a saucepan with the chamomile infusion and 2 tbsp of honey.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender.
- Mash lightly with a fork and serve warm or chilled, with plain yogurt or a shortbread cookie.
