Recipe idea

Rooibos Overnight Oats

Serves 2 · 10 min + overnight chilling

Steep 2 tea bags of Organic Rooibos Cederberg in 1 cup (250 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then remove them and let cool.
In a jar, combine 1 cup (90 g) of rolled oats with the rooibos, 1/2 cup (125 ml) of milk and 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with grated apple, chopped walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
