First the peel comes off, by hand; then the root meets the grater. Domaine des Terres Rouges, an Alsatian condiment house, prepares its Sweet Horseradish this way, following a traditional process, for a mild, ready-to-use condiment of authentic character, with no sulfites or additives. Clean, herbaceous, and gently pungent, it is a natural partner for roast beef, a pot-au-feu, or smoked salmon, and stirred into crème fraîche it makes an easy dip.

Serving Ideas
With a roast beef, a pot-au-feu or cold meats. Alongside smoked salmon, trout or herring. Stirred into crème fraîche for a sauce or a dip. On a charcuterie board or a roast beef sandwich.
