Created by Estoublon with Carla Bruni, L’Excessive Blanc Alcohol-Free is a 0.0% alcohol sparkling drink that unites the pleasure of fine bubbles with a new vision of conviviality. After a three-hour skin maceration, the grapes are gently pressed, and the juice is settled at low temperature and kept cold to prevent alcoholic fermentation and preserve the clarity of its aromas. It opens on honey, lychee, and rosewater, then unfolds notes of jasmine, mimosa, acacia, and elderflower, in a fine balance of freshness and florals. An invitation to celebrate without limits: serve it well chilled as an aperitif, with gougères or salted almonds.

Lychee Elderflower Spritz

Serves 6 · 10 min

Place 2 peeled lychees and a few mint leaves in each of 6 wine glasses.
Add 2 tsp of elderflower syrup to each glass and fill with ice cubes.
Top up with well-chilled L’Excessive Blanc and stir gently to keep the bubbles.
Garnish with a thin slice of lime and serve at once.
