Recipe idea

Iced White Tea with Rose Honey

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Steep 4 white tea bags in 4 cups (1 l) of water heated to 175°F (80°C) for 3 to 4 minutes, then remove them.
While the tea is still warm, stir in 3 tbsp of Acacia Honey & Rose until dissolved.
Let cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve over ice with a few fresh raspberries or lychees in each glass.
