Three iconic Italian varieties, Tuscan at heart, rooted in French soil. La Magnanerie’s Rosetta Olive Oil blends Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccio del Corno olives from the Martin family estate near the Gorges de l’Ardèche into a Tuscan-inspired organic extra virgin olive oil. Its terroir of red clay and Urgonian limestone yields an elegant, complex, and harmonious oil, blended like a wine, with balanced fruitiness and a generous mouthfeel. Pour it over burrata with a few basil leaves, or over summer tomatoes.
