Moulin de Maneyrol

Moulin de Maneyrol is a small artisanal oil mill in Pazayac, on the walnut road of the Périgord Noir in the Dordogne, where walnuts are sorted, ground, gently heated and pressed by hand. This collection holds its two oils, a first cold-pressed virgin walnut oil, many times medaled at the Concours Général Agricole, and a hazelnut oil made the same way.
