Orange and gingerbread, and at once it is the holidays. In the Rooibos de Noël Tea Bags N°250 from Dammann Frères, one of France’s oldest tea houses, founded in 1692, this festive, naturally caffeine-free rooibos opens on those rounded notes, while ginger, clove, and pink peppercorns answer one another like distant bells, with a touch of cherry, in a warming, gently spiced cup. Enjoy it by the fire in the late afternoon or after dinner, when the whole family gathers, with a spoonful of honey.
