Tall glasses of golden liquor, pale slices of white peach, ice chiming against the rim: Dammann Frères’ Jardin du Luxembourg Tea N°215, a green oolong scented with rose, jasmine and plum blossom, brings a Paris garden to a summer table.

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

  1. Brew 8 g of Jardin du Luxembourg tea in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes, then strain.
  2. Stir in 1 tbsp of honey, then add 2 cups (500 ml) of cold water.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve over ice in tall glasses with thin slices of white peach, to highlight its golden color and floral notes.
