These terms govern all purchases made on this website, operated by Clipperton Imports Inc., 1135 44 Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta T2G 4X4, Canada, which can be reached through our contact form. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Products

Our products are imported from France and described as accurately as possible. Ingredients, allergens and nutritional information are provided by our producers; the label on the product you receive prevails. Photographs are for illustration purposes only.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Before you confirm your order, you are presented with an itemized summary including the price of each item, applicable taxes, delivery charges, any other costs and the total amount payable. Payment is made online by the methods offered at checkout and is processed securely; we do not store your card details.

3. Orders

Before confirming, you may review your order and correct any errors. An order confirmation is sent to you by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of unavailability, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case, you will be refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery areas, charges and estimated dates are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

5. Returns, cancellation and refunds

These are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, without prejudice to the cancellation rights granted by the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold under the consumer protection laws applicable to you.

7. Personal information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time; the version in force on the date of your order applies.
