A slow twirl of boxwood in a steaming mug, a scent of cinnamon, and the honey unwinds into the milk. Hédène’s Honey Dipper, a piece of French craftsmanship, turns that small gesture into an evening ritual.

Serves 2 · 10 min

  1. Warm 2 cups (500 ml) of milk with a cinnamon stick over low heat, without letting it boil.
  2. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the milk into two mugs.
  3. Dip the boxwood honey dipper into a jar of Hédène honey, let the excess drip off, then twirl it in each mug until the honey dissolves.
  4. Dust with a pinch of ground cinnamon and serve right away.
