Stars, horseshoes, four-leaf clovers and lucky sevens land on swirls of vanilla frosting: Canasuc’s Bonheur Attitude Sugar, hand-molded in France and tinted with natural colorings, turns a dozen cupcakes into a wish for good luck.
Makes 12 · 15 min
- Beat 1/2 cup (115 g) of soft butter with 1 1/2 cups (180 g) of powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Spread or pipe the frosting over 12 cooled cupcakes, homemade or store-bought.
- Just before serving, top each cupcake with a few Bonheur Attitude sugars: stars, horseshoes, four-leaf clovers and sevens.
- Add a candle for a birthday, or serve them on New Year’s Day to wish everyone good luck.
