A punch bowl of chilled tea, pink grapefruit juice and lychees, fizzing with sparkling water just before the guests arrive: Dammann Frères’ Bali Iced Tea N°315, green and jasmine teas scented with lychee, grapefruit and rose, fills it with fresh, floral notes.
Serves 8 · 10 min + 2 h chilling
- Infuse 1 bag of Bali Iced Tea in 4 cups (1 liter) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 4 minutes, then remove it, let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- In a punch bowl, combine the chilled tea with 1 cup (250 ml) of pink grapefruit juice and 1 can (about 20 oz / 565 g) of lychees with half of their syrup.
- Just before serving, add 2 cups (500 ml) of sparkling water and plenty of ice.
- Garnish with slices of pink grapefruit and a few fresh raspberries.
