Cranberries bobbing in a hot punch, a slice of orange on every glass, windows fogged by winter: Noël en Laponie Box of 6 Sachets N°695 from Dammann Frères, a limited-edition green tea with pink peppercorn, cinnamon, cranberry and orange, warms a holiday gathering.
Serves 4 · 15 min
- Brew 3 sachets of Noël en Laponie in 3 cups (750 ml) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 3 minutes, then remove them.
- In a saucepan, warm 1 cup (250 ml) of unsweetened cranberry juice with 2 tbsp of honey and a few strips of orange zest, without boiling.
- Stir in the tea and a handful of fresh or frozen cranberries.
- Serve hot in glasses, each garnished with a slice of orange.
