Drizzle it over a sea bream tartare or a white fish carpaccio, whisk it into a vinaigrette for quinoa or green salads, or pour a little over a fruit salad.

Citrus Grilled Shrimp
- Toss 12 peeled shrimp with 2 tbsp of the citrus olive oil, salt and a pinch of chili flakes.
- Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Sear in a very hot pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Serve on arugula with another drizzle of citrus oil.
