Haranea
Haranea is a small organic farm in Itxassou, one of the ten villages of the AOP Piment d'Espelette, where three partners grow the Basque pepper and process it themselves. This collection holds the three products we import from the farm: the ground Espelette pepper, a concentrated purée with cider vinegar, and an Espelette pepper and basil jelly.
