Moulin de Haute Provence
Moulin de Haute Provence is a family olive mill in the Baronnies, in the AOP Nyons area of the Drôme provençale, founded in 1977 and run today by Olivier Fayant. This collection holds its extra virgin Nyons olive oil, first cold pressed from the Tanche olive alone, the black pearl of Provence, and presented in a tin. Read the Moulin de Haute Provence story.
