Toasty Houjicha Latte

Serves 2 · 10 min

Brew 3 tea bags of Organic Houjicha in 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 3 minutes, then remove them, pressing well.
Heat 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of milk until steaming and froth it with a whisk or a milk frother.
Divide the tea between 2 mugs and sweeten each with 1 tsp of brown sugar.
Pour in the frothed milk and serve right away, with a few roasted nuts on the side.
