Radish and Butter Tartines with Fleur de Sel
- Slice a baguette on the diagonal and spread each slice with a thick layer of good unsalted butter.
- Top with thinly sliced radishes, overlapping them slightly.
- Finish each tartine with a few crystals of the Guérande fleur de sel and some snipped chives.
- Serve right away, as an aperitif or a light lunch.
