A pint from Pantin, poured into a bottle. East IPA Gallia Hot Sauce is a bold collaboration between Sauce Martin and Brasserie Gallia, blending the East IPA brewed in Pantin, in Île-de-France, with Serenade peppers and red habanero. The hoppy, citrusy character of the beer meets a medium heat with complex, fruity, and aromatic depth, in a creative and distinctly Parisian take on artisan hot sauce. Shake a few drops over a burger, fish and chips, or fried chicken.
