Recipe idea
Strong Breakfast Tea with Candy Sugar
- Place 2 strong black tea bags, such as Assam, in a warmed teapot.
- Pour in 2 cups (500 ml) of water heated to 195°F (90°C) and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into two cups.
- Add 1 or 2 white candy sugar cubes to each cup and let them dissolve slowly, with a splash of milk if you like.
