Miss Dammann Iced Tea N°477, from Dammann Frères, combines green tea and ginger with the fruity, tangy flavors of lime and passion fruit, for an iced tea that is fresh and lively. Each sachet is made for one liter: infuse it in hot water at 80°C for 4 minutes, let the infusion cool, and pour it over ice into a pitcher. Keep refrigerated, enjoy within 48 hours, and serve it with sushi or a ceviche.

Recipe idea

Tropical Ginger-Lime Iced Tea

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Infuse 1 sachet of Miss Dammann Iced Tea in 4 cups (1 liter) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 4 minutes, then remove it.
Stir in 2 tbsp of cane sugar or agave syrup, let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Pour over ice into a pitcher with pineapple chunks, the pulp of 2 passion fruit and a few lime slices.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 48 hours.
