Serving Ideas

With a fig and almond tart, apricot clafoutis or orange blossom madeleines. Served with soft cheeses and dried fruit at afternoon tea. A fragrant accompaniment to lightly spiced dishes. Beautiful iced, with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint.

Recipe idea

Roasted Fig and Goat Cheese Toasts with 7 Parfums Tea Syrup

Serves 4 · 25 min

Brew 4 g of 7 Parfums tea in 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes, then strain.
Simmer the tea with 2 tbsp of honey for about 5 minutes, until syrupy.
Halve 6 fresh figs, place them cut side up in a baking dish, drizzle with half the syrup and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
Spread 5 oz (150 g) of fresh goat cheese on 8 toasted baguette slices.
Top with the warm figs, drizzle with the remaining syrup and add a few thyme leaves.
