Barbecue Halloumi and Vegetable Skewers
- Cut 8 oz (225 g) of halloumi, 1 zucchini, 1 red bell pepper and 1 red onion into large chunks.
- Thread them onto 8 skewers and brush lightly with oil.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often.
- Brush generously with Sauce Martin barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes, then serve with more sauce for dipping.
