Infuse each sachet in hot water at 90°C for 4 minutes, let the infusion cool, then pour it over ice into a pitcher. Recipe idea

Peach Iced Tea Slush

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Infuse 1 sachet of Pêche Iced Tea in 4 cups (1 liter) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 4 minutes, then remove it, let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In a blender, combine 2 cups (500 ml) of the chilled tea with 2 cups (300 g) of frozen peach slices and 1 tbsp of honey.
Blend until slushy and pour into 4 glasses, topping them up with a little more tea.
Keep the remaining tea refrigerated and enjoy it within 48 hours.
