Misted Tomato & Burrata Salad

Serves 2 · 10 min

Slice 3 ripe heirloom tomatoes and arrange them on a plate with a burrata in the center.
Mist the olive oil lightly over everything, then season with flaky salt and cracked pepper.
Scatter a few torn basil leaves on top.
Finish with two or three sprays of balsamic vinegar just before serving.
