Honey Cinnamon Warm Milk

Serves 2 · 10 min

Warm 2 cups (500 ml) of milk with a cinnamon stick over low heat, without letting it boil.
Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the milk into two mugs.
Dip the boxwood honey dipper into a jar of Hédène honey, let the excess drip off, then twirl it in each mug until the honey dissolves.
Dust with a pinch of ground cinnamon and serve right away.
