Recipe idea

Honey Lemon Herbal Toddy

Serves 2 · 10 min

Steep 2 tea bags (or 4 g of loose tea) of Tisane du Berger in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then remove the tea.
Stir in 2 tbsp of honey and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
For adults only, add 1 oz (30 ml) of whiskey per mug (optional).
Serve very hot, each mug garnished with a lemon slice studded with a clove.
