Spanish landscapes carpeted with wild thyme: this is where Hédène, the French honey house, selected its Thyme Honey. A creamy, intensely aromatic monofloral honey, it is deeply perfumed, with characteristic musky notes and a rich, complex sweetness that lingers on the palate. Drizzle it over fresh goat’s cheese or feta, use it to glaze lamb or roasted figs, or set it alongside a charcuterie board.
