Remarkably fresh and unique, it brings the fruity notes of green apple and kiwi together with the vegetal freshness of cucumber in a crisp, thirst-quenching cup. Infuse one bag in 1 liter of hot water at 90°C for 4 minutes, let cool, and pour over ice into a pitcher; keep refrigerated, enjoy within 48 hours, and bring it along on a picnic.

Cucumber Green Apple Iced Tea

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Infuse 1 bag of Happy Green Iced Tea in 4 cups (1 liter) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 4 minutes, then remove it.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Pour over ice into a pitcher with thin slices of cucumber, green apple and kiwi and a few sprigs of fresh mint.
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 48 hours.
