Bewitching as a summer evening, jasmine perfumes every spoonful. Confiserie Florian, a Riviera confectioner founded in 1921, crafts its Jasmine Jelly in the traditional artisanal manner from jasmine flower pulp, capturing the scent of the blossom. Gently sweet and luminous, it brings a refined floral touch to the table, with soft or aged cheeses, on brioche, croissants, or scones, or with afternoon tea. For a surprising pairing, serve a little with quality Parma ham, or over a stack of pancakes.
