Created by Estoublon with Carla Bruni, L’Excessive Rosé Alcohol-Free is a 0.0% alcohol sparkling drink that unites the pleasure of fine bubbles with a new vision of conviviality. After a five-hour skin maceration, the grapes are gently pressed, and the juice is settled at low temperature and kept cold to prevent alcoholic fermentation and preserve the clarity of its aromas. Intense aromas of forest fruits open the nose, while on the palate morello cherry meets floral nuances of cherry blossom and hibiscus, in a subtle union of fresh and delectable flavors. An invitation to celebrate without limits, lovely with a red fruit tart or strawberries.

Recipe idea

Strawberries in Sparkling Rosé

Serves 4 · 15 min + 30 min chilling

Hull and quarter 1 lb (450 g) of strawberries and toss them with 2 tbsp of sugar and a few torn mint leaves.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the berries release their juices.
Divide the strawberries and their juices among 4 coupes or small bowls.
At the table, pour 1/3 cup (80 ml) of well-chilled L’Excessive Rosé over each serving and add a spoonful of whipped cream.
