On a hot afternoon, six ice pops studded with crushed berries taste of fruit and tea at once: Dammann Frères’ 4 Fruits Rouges Tea N°4, a black tea flavored with cherry, raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant, freezes into a juicy, lively treat.

Makes 6 · 15 min + 6 h freezing

  1. Brew 3 tea bags or 6 g of loose 4 Fruits Rouges tea in 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes, then remove the bags or strain.
  2. Stir in 3 tbsp of honey and let cool completely.
  3. Lightly crush 1 cup (150 g) of mixed berries and divide them among 6 ice pop molds.
  4. Pour in the tea, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
