Black tea (Camellia sinensis) • Strawberry bits and redcurrants • Flavors (redcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, cherry).

With a red fruit tart, a pavlova or a strawberry charlotte. Served with scones, clotted cream and raspberry jam. Excellent iced in summer, garnished with fresh berries and mint. A fruity cup for brunch, with yogurt and granola.

Recipe idea

Red Berry Tea Ice Pops

Makes 6 · 15 min + 6 h freezing

Brew 3 tea bags or 6 g of loose 4 Fruits Rouges tea in 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes, then remove the bags or strain.
Stir in 3 tbsp of honey and let cool completely.
Lightly crush 1 cup (150 g) of mixed berries and divide them among 6 ice pop molds.
Pour in the tea, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
