Harvested in April in the Ardennes, when the bees forage the flowers of the maple tree, Hédène’s Maple Honey is a rare honey, light and slightly golden, with a creamy, melting texture. It reveals caramelized, delicately toasted aromas, with woody and floral notes and a subtle fruity touch. Cold-extracted and unpasteurized, it can be savored straight from the spoon, to catch every toasted note, or on warm bread with cheese.

Recipe idea

Maple Honey Roasted Nuts

Serves 6 · 20 min

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss 2 cups (280 g) of mixed unsalted nuts with 2 tbsp of Maple Honey, 1 tsp of melted butter and a good pinch of flaky salt.
Spread on the sheet and roast for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring once, until golden and fragrant.
Let cool completely so the honey sets, then break apart and serve as an appetizer.
