Serves 4 · 15 min + 30 min chilling

  1. Hull and quarter 1 lb (450 g) of strawberries and toss them with 2 tbsp of sugar and a few torn mint leaves.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the berries release their juices.
  3. Divide the strawberries and their juices among 4 coupes or small bowls.
  4. At the table, pour 1/3 cup (80 ml) of well-chilled L’Excessive Rosé over each serving and add a spoonful of whipped cream.
