Recipe idea
Smash Burgers with Special Sauce
- Mix 1/4 cup (60 g) of Gourmet Ketchup with 1/4 cup (60 g) of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of chopped pickles.
- Divide 1 lb (450 g) of ground beef into 4 balls, smash each one flat in a very hot skillet and season with salt.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, adding a slice of cheese at the end, until cooked through (160°F/71°C).
- Toast 4 burger buns, spread them with the sauce and fill with the patties, lettuce and sliced onion.
