Noël en Laponie N°695 is a 2025 limited edition from Dammann Frères, one of France’s oldest tea houses, founded in 1692, with warming notes of cinnamon and pink peppercorn, the sweetness of cranberry, and a hint of bitter orange. Delicate, fruity, and gently festive, the blend is also available in a gift box of six sachets. Pour it on a winter afternoon, with cinnamon biscuits or a slice of orange cake.

Spiced Cranberry Compote for Cheese
- Brew 4 g of Noël en Laponie in 1 cup (250 ml) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 3 minutes, then strain.
- In a saucepan, combine the tea with 8 oz (225 g) of fresh or frozen cranberries, 1/2 cup (100 g) of sugar and the zest of 1 orange.
- Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, until the berries burst and the compote thickens.
- Let cool and serve with a board of soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
