Recipe idea
Apple Porridge with Clover Honey
- Bring 1 cup (90 g) of rolled oats and 2 cups (500 ml) of milk to a simmer with a pinch of salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often, until creamy.
- Meanwhile, dice 1 apple and cook it in a small pan with a knob of butter for 3 minutes.
- Spoon the porridge into bowls and top with the apple and 1 tbsp of clover honey per bowl; its caramel notes round out the oats.
