A spicy catch at the back of the throat, then artichoke. Estoublon’s Béruguette Olive Oil is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed from Béruguette olives of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. Vegetal, fiery, and lively, it offers a remarkable flavor of artichoke and green hazelnut, with a slight bitterness and the hot, spicy character so typical of the variety. Pour it over raw artichokes or fennel, or over bruschetta with tomatoes and basil.
