For once, Estoublon looks beyond Provence, all the way to Greece. Its Koroneiki Olive Oil is an extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed from Athinio Koroneiki olives. Fruity, round, and vegetal, it develops intense, fruity flavors, with notes of green apple, sweet tomato leaf, and freshly cut grass. Drizzle it over a Greek salad of tomatoes and feta, or over grilled octopus or lamb. Available in a 500 ml, 1.75 L, or 4.5 L bottle.

Tzatziki
- Grate a cucumber, salt it lightly and squeeze out the water.
- Mix with 1 1/2 cups (350 g) of Greek yogurt, a grated garlic clove and chopped dill.
- Stir in 2 tbsp of Koroneiki olive oil and season with salt.
- Serve with a last drizzle of oil, alongside warm pita or grilled meat.
