Freshly cut grass, and beneath it, something softly buttery. Estoublon’s Grossane Olive Oil is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed from Grossane olives of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. Fresh, grassy, and buttery, it stays remarkably fresh on the palate, with a gentle intensity. Pour it over steamed white fish or new potatoes, or bake it into an olive oil cake.

The Maker
Olive trees outlive the hands that plant them, and the land keeps their memory. In the heart of Provence, in the Alpilles, Château d’Estoublon watches over an estate established in 1489. Estoublon is renowned for its extra virgin olive oils, its wines, and a refined Provençal art de vivre. Centuries of heritage meet modern expertise in the way the estate tends its olive groves and vineyards, with a steady commitment to quality and sustainability. Its olive oils, among them single-variety bottlings and gourmet creations, are made from carefully selected olives and prized for their elegance, their aromatic richness, and their true French terroir.
