Sparkling Raspberry Vinegar Spritzer
- In a pitcher, stir 3 tbsp of the raspberry vinegar with 3 tbsp honey or simple syrup until blended.
- Add 3 cups (750 ml) chilled sparkling water and stir gently.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish each glass with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
