Afternoon Tea with Scones

Serves 4 · 10 min

Warm a teapot with hot water, then empty it.
Add 4 black tea bags, pour in 4 cups (1 l) of water heated to 195°F (90°C) and steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into cups.
Set two individually wrapped À la Bonne Heure teapot sugars on each saucer and serve with warm scones, butter and jam.
