Iced Peach Black Tea

Serves 4 · 15 min + 2 h chilling

Steep 4 black tea bags in 4 cups (1 l) of water heated to 195°F (90°C) for 4 to 5 minutes, then remove them.
While the tea is still hot, stir in 6 À la Bonne Heure teapot sugars until dissolved.
Add 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced, let cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve over ice with a few mint leaves.
