Recipe idea

Virgin Miss Dammann Mojito

Serves 4 · 10 min + 1 h chilling

Brew 4 tea bags (or 8 g of loose tea) of Miss Dammann in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 3 minutes, remove the tea, let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
In each of 4 glasses, crush a few mint leaves with 1 tsp of cane sugar and a quarter of a lime cut into pieces.
Fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour in the chilled tea.
Top with a splash of sparkling water, stir and serve with a slice of lime.
